The Highrise x Neopets collaboration ran from April 17 to May 15, 2026. A Neopet you adopted from the Neopian Pound is a permanent pet in your inventory, and you can use it anywhere in Highrise. The raffles, the Accessory Grab, and the welcome code ended with the event.
Do I still have my Neopet?
Yes. An adopted Neopet lives in your inventory like your other pets, and you can equip accessories on it. The free companion that followed you around inside Neopia was different: it only existed in that world and was never added to your inventory.
Can I rename my adopted Neopet?
No. Renaming adopted Neopets isn't supported.
What about Paint Brushes?
A Paint Brush changes your Neopet's look to one of the event's themed styles. Each brush only works on the species it was made for, because each species is built differently.
What happens to my NeoCoins?
NeoCoins don't expire, but the Accessory Grab they were used for ended with the event, so there's currently nothing to spend them on.
Are Neopets accessories tradable?
Accessory Grab items became tradable when the Grab ended, unless an item has since been bound to an account. See Why does my item say Locked or "Tradable in"?
My Neopet looks wrong or is missing. What should I do?
Update Highrise and restart the app.
Check your full inventory for the pet.
If it's still missing or displays incorrectly, contact Support through Settings > Support Center with your username, the Neopet's species and color, and a screenshot.
