If your rewards didn’t show up:
Confirm the event has fully ended. Some rewards take up to 24 hours to process
Check your Inventory or Inbox—they may be delivered automatically
Make sure you met the minimum eligibility (some events require a minimum score, verified account, or crew membership)
If you still don’t see rewards, submit a ticket to Support with:
Your username
Event name and date
Screenshots of your score/rank if possible
