I didn’t get my event rewards—what happened?

If your rewards didn’t show up:

  • Confirm the event has fully ended. Some rewards take up to 24 hours to process

  • Check your Inventory or Inbox—they may be delivered automatically

  • Make sure you met the minimum eligibility (some events require a minimum score, verified account, or crew membership)

If you still don’t see rewards, submit a ticket to Support with:

  • Your username

  • Event name and date

  • Screenshots of your score/rank if possible
