I didn’t get my event rewards—what happened?

If your rewards didn’t show up:

  • Confirm the event has fully ended. Event rewards are typically distributed within 2-3 hours after an event ends, though they may take slightly longer in some cases.

  • Check your Inventory or Inbox—they may be delivered automatically.

  • Look for an NPC message from MojoMax, Clair, or Bruce, which confirms your eligibility and details your event results.

  • Make sure you met the minimum eligibility (some events require a minimum score, verified account, or crew membership).

If you still don’t see rewards, submit a ticket to Support with:

Check for a message from NPCs like MojoMax, Clair, or Bruce since this serves as official confirmation of reward eligibility.

  • Your username

  • Event name and date

  • Screenshots of your score/rank if possible

Additionally, include your rank and event results as this information is crucial for Support to investigate missing rewards.
