Highrise offers a variety of pals and accessories to enhance your avatar's appearance and interactions. This guide provides an overview of managing pals and accessories, including equipping them, troubleshooting common issues, and understanding binding behavior.

Overview of Pals

  • Pals are unique companions that can be equipped to your avatar.

  • Accessories are items that can be applied to specific pals to customize their appearance.

  • To access pal-related features, you must own at least one pal. Without a pal, the pal tab or icon will not appear in your inventory or Edit Avatar section.

Equipping a Pal

To equip a pal:

  1. Go to your Profile.

  2. Tap Edit Avatar.

  3. Open the Pal section.

  4. Select the pal you want to equip (e.g., Boo Bud). The selected pal will show a purple outline.

  5. Tap Save to finalize the selection.

Equipping Accessories

To equip or unequip accessories for your pal:

  1. Open Edit Avatar and navigate to the Pal tab.

  2. Tap on the pal you want to accessorize.

  3. Select Edit Pal Look to equip or unequip accessories.

  4. Save your changes to apply the accessory.

Note: Accessories can only be equipped to compatible pals. For example, some accessories are exclusive to specific pals like Snugglins.

🔧Troubleshooting Pal and Accessory Issues

Missing Pal Icon or Tab

  • The pal icon or tab will only appear if you own a pal. If you don’t see it, ensure you have purchased or acquired a pal.

Accessories Not Showing on Pals

If an accessory doesn’t appear after equipping it, try these steps:

  1. Log out of Highrise and ensure your account is backed up.

  2. Uninstall and reinstall the app to refresh the system.

  3. Log back in and check if the issue is resolved.

For Android users:

  • Clear the app’s cache via Settings > Applications > Highrise > Storage & cache before reinstalling.

Items Not Appearing in Pal Inventory

Some items won in events or gachas are accessories rather than pals. Ensure you have the compatible pal required to use the accessory.

  • Check your inventory for unopened gacha packs

🤔 Binding Behavior of Accessories

  • Once an accessory is equipped to a pal, it becomes permanently bound to that paland cannot be removed or reassigned.

  • A warning message is displayed before equipping accessories to prevent accidental bindings.
