Pulled a Pal you already own? It’s not going to waste! On eligible grabs, duplicate Pals automatically become Stamps. Save them up, choose a reward, and bring home a pal you’re still missing. Here’s how it works.

🔖 What is a Stamp Card?
A Stamp Card rewards you whenever you pull a duplicate pal from an eligible grab.
Instead of receiving another copy of a pal you already own, you’ll automatically receive Stamps. You can then spend those Stamps on a pal you don’t have yet! 🐾
🎰 How do I earn Stamps?
Simply spin an eligible grab. If you pull a pal you already own, it will automatically be converted into Stamps during the reward reveal.
There’s nothing extra you need to press, and the duplicate won’t be added to your inventory.
✨ How many Stamps is each duplicate worth?
The rarer the duplicate, the more Stamps you’ll receive:

Open the grab and look for the Stamp Card button in the bottom-right corner of the screen. The first time the feature appears, a NEW! bubble will help point you in the right direction.

🐾 What rewards can I redeem?
Each Stamp milestone unlocks a different reward. For the debut Purrling Grab, you can redeem:

Stamp costs and rewards may vary between grabs, so remember to check each grab’s Stamp Card for its available rewards.
🎉 Do I really get a reward with just 1 Stamp?
Yes! You don’t need to complete the entire card before redeeming.
As soon as you have enough Stamps for a milestone, you can claim its reward or keep saving for a higher tier. The choice is yours!
👉 Can I choose which pal I receive?
It depends on the reward tier:
🎯 Choice rewards let you select any eligible pal you don’t already own.
🎲 Random rewards select an eligible pal you don’t already own for you.
For the Purrling Grab, the 2-Stamp Legendary reward and 5-Stamp Mythical reward are choice rewards.
♻️ What happens to my leftover Stamps?
They stay on your card!
Redeeming a reward spends only the number of Stamps listed for that reward. Any remaining Stamps (including overflow Stamps) will be saved for your next redemption.
For example, if you have 6 Stamps and redeem a 5-Stamp reward, you’ll still have 1 Stamp left. 🔖
➕ What if I earn more Stamps than the card can display?
Your extra Stamps are still safe! If your total goes beyond the card’s maximum, you’ll see a "+[number] extra Stamps" message above the card. Once you redeem a reward and free up space, those extra Stamps will become available on the card again.
📌 Important Stamp Card Rules
🔒 Can I use Stamps in a different grab?
No. Every eligible grab has its own Stamp Card, and Stamps can only be used in the grab where they were earned.
For example, Stamps earned from the Purrling Grab cannot be transferred to another grab.
⏳ Do Stamps expire?
Your Stamps remain available for as long as their grab is active.
⚠️ When the grab ends, its Stamp Card and any unused Stamps will also disappear. Be sure to spend your Stamps before the grab leaves!
🎰 Does redeeming a pal remove it from the grab?
No. Redeeming a pal does not change the grab’s reward pool.
The pal you redeemed will still be available through regular spins. If you pull it again later, it will be treated as a duplicate and converted into Stamps.
🏆 What if I already own every pal in the grab?
You can still spend your Stamps!
If there are no new eligible pals left for you to receive, random rewards can award pals you already own instead. This means you won’t be left with Stamps that cannot be redeemed.
🚫 Do Stamp Cards replace no-duplicate grabs?
No. Stamp Cards are available only on select grabs. They’re another way to make duplicate pulls rewarding while giving you a clear path toward the pals you want.
❓ Quick Questions
🎒 “I pulled a duplicate, but it isn’t in my inventory.”
That’s expected! Duplicate pals from eligible grabs are converted directly into Stamps during the reward reveal, so they won’t be added to your inventory. If that's the case, check your Stamp Card! Your Stamp total should have increased instead. 🔖
🤔 “My Stamp total increased. Where did the Stamps come from?”
You pulled a pal you already owned, so it was automatically converted based on its rarity:
⭐ Legendary: 1 Stamp
💫 Mythical: 3 Stamps
👑 Secret: 10 Stamps
♻️ “I redeemed a reward, but I still have Stamps left.”
That’s working as intended! Only the cost of your chosen reward is deducted. Any leftover or overflow Stamps remain on your card for another redemption.
🔁 “Can I transfer or refund my Stamps?”
No. Stamps cannot be transferred between grabs, exchanged for Gold, or refunded. They can only be used on the Stamp Card where they were earned.
