If things feel heavy right now, you don't have to handle it alone. Free, confidential helplines in many countries have trained people ready to listen by phone, text, or chat, including if you're worried about someone else.
Are you in danger right now?
Call your local emergency number or go to the nearest emergency room. Examples: 911 in the US and Canada, 999 in the UK, 112 across the EU, and 000 in Australia.

I'm worried about another player. What can I do?
If they might be in immediate danger and you know where they are, contact emergency services.
Report what they said in the app and choose Self Injury. See How do I report a player or content?
Contact Support from Settings > Support Center and say someone may hurt themselves. Include their username and where they said it.
If you feel up to it, share a helpline with them.
Can Highrise Support help me?
Support can act on reports about other players, but it isn't a crisis service. A helpline is the fastest way to talk with someone trained to help.
