You can create your own crew by tapping on the option "Create or Join a Crew" that will appear under your username when looking at your profile.

Creating a crew has a one-time fee of 200 gold, so keep this in mind when rallying your posse to make a new crew!

Invite your friends to join your crew by visiting their profile page and tapping on their crew logo! You can only invite players who are not already part of a crew.
