Report a copied Idea or Concept entry with the flag on it, and include the name of your original item. If you think Highrise released an item based on your design without crediting you, contact Support so the team can check.
Another player's Idea copies my item. What should I do?
Open the Idea on the Ideas site and select the flag to report it. When asked why, include the name of your item that it copies. Basing an Idea on another player's item can get that player permanently banned from Highrise Ideas.
A Concept entry copies my item. What should I do?
During voting, tap the red flag on the entry and explain why you're reporting it, including the name of your item. Entries that use another player's item are removed.
Can other players redesign my items in Concepts?
Only in limited cases. In Concepts, a player-made item can be redesigned only by the designer named in its Inspired By credit, or if the designer is on the Open Redesigns list. Redesigns are never accepted in Highrise Ideas.
I think Highrise released an item based on my design without credit. What can I do?
Contact Support with:
Your username
The name of the released item
Your original item's name, or your Concept entry or Idea, and when you shared it
The team checks how the item was made. If a player's design was used, the team can add credit to the item. Highrise only uses player designs from Concepts, Ideas, and design requests that staff share publicly or send to designers directly.
Can Highrise change or re-release an item I designed?
Yes. Items made from player designs become part of the Highrise catalog, and the Highrise team can edit, redesign, or re-release items in the catalog. See the Terms of Service.
