If you lost access to one Room or World but the rest of Highrise works, the owner of that space or one of their moderators most likely removed you. This only affects that space. Your account isn't banned from Highrise.
Who can remove me from a Room or World?
Room owners and the moderators they pick can moderate their Rooms. In Worlds, the owner and anyone they've given moderation permission can do the same. Highrise staff can also moderate any space.
What can they do?
Kick from Room: sends you out of the Room. You can come back unless you were also banned.
Mute from Chat: stops you from chatting in that Room for a set time.
Ban from Room: stops you from entering, either for a set time or forever.
When you try to rejoin a Room you're banned from, you'll see how long the ban lasts. If you see "You may not enter this room.", the owner may have blocked you, which also keeps you out of their Rooms.
Can owners make their own rules?
Yes. Owners can set extra rules for their space, like a theme or a no-spam rule, and moderate players who don't follow them. Their rules sit on top of the Community Guidelines, and the moderation tools themselves fall under the same Guidelines.
How do I get unbanned from a Room?
Room and World bans are the owner's decision, and only the owner or their moderators can lift one. If you think it was a misunderstanding, ask them politely. Don't use another account to get back in: rejoining a space you were removed from with a different account breaks the Community Guidelines.
What if the moderation was abusive?
If an owner or moderator is using the tools to harass someone, or the Room itself breaks the rules, report it. For a Room, open the Room's info and tap Report Room. For a World, tap the flag icon at the top of the World's page. You can also report the player. See How do I report a player or content?

What if my whole account is affected?
