📅 What are Seasons?
Seasons are monthly competitive periods for Crews.
During a Season:
Crews start with 0 trophies.
Crews earn trophies from event placements.
Rankings update throughout the Season.
Final Season results are saved when the Season ends.
Trophies reset for the next Season.
Past Season results are shown on Crew profiles, so players can view a Crew’s history over time.
🎁 What is the Crew Progression Track?
The Crew Progression Track is a shared event reward track.
As Crew members earn tickets during an event, those tickets help advance the Crew’s shared progress. When the Crew reaches reward milestones, eligible members can claim rewards. This gives Crew members a shared goal during events.
⏳ Do I get Crew rewards if I join during an event?
If you join a Crew during an event, you can start contributing right away. You will not receive rewards from Crew Progression Track milestones that were unlocked before you joined.
You can receive rewards from future milestones unlocked while you are in the Crew.
🏆 What are Trophies?
Trophies are a measure of Crew performance.
Crews earn trophies based on event leaderboard placement. The better a Crew performs in events, the more trophies it can earn.
These trophies contribute to seasonal rankings.
🎟️ What is the Crew room bonus?
When multiple Crew members play together in the same event room, they can receive a ticket bonus.
The bonus increases as more crewmates join the room, up to a maximum amount. This makes it easier for Crews to coordinate during events and rewards players for playing together.
🎯 Can Crew leaders set event requirements?
Yes. Crew leaders and members with the correct permissions can set a minimum ticket requirement for an event. This helps make expectations clear for Crew members.
Event requirements can be adjusted during the early part of an event. After the adjustment period ends, the requirement can only be lowered.
🛡️ Can I be removed from a Crew during an event?
It depends on event contribution and Crew requirements.
The system includes protections for members who have contributed enough during an active event. This helps prevent players from being removed after meaningfully contributing.
However, if a Crew has an event minimum and a member is below that minimum, Crew leadership may still be able to remove them.
🚶 What happens if I leave a Crew during an event?
You can leave a Crew at any time. If you leave during an active event, you’ll see a confirmation message first.
Your previous ticket contributions stay with your old Crew. If you join a new Crew, you can begin contributing to that Crew from the moment you join.
