Most "missing" event rewards are either not due yet or already waiting in your Gifts. Check the timing, look in the Gifts section of your Inbox and your inventory, and rejoin the event world before you contact Support.
What should I check first?
Is it due yet? Leaderboard rewards arrive after the leaderboard closes (day 5 of a 7-day event). Minigame league rewards arrive the day after the event ends. Unclaimed Crew track rewards arrive when the event ends. See When do I get my event rewards?
Open your Gifts. Go to your Inbox and open Gifts. Rewards often sit there until you collect them.
Check your whole inventory. A chest or box you claimed stays in your inventory until you open it.
Rejoin the event world. Leave and join again. Some missing rewards are delivered when you join.
Restart the app if a reward shows as claimed but the item doesn't appear.
Was I eligible?
Leaderboard rewards depend on your final rank. Each event sets which ranks get rewards.
Crew leaderboard rewards go to players who contributed Tickets to the Crew. If you switched Crews, they're based on the Crew you last played for before the leaderboard froze. Leaving after the leaderboard closed doesn't cost you that Crew's rank rewards. See How do Crew Wars, seasons, and trophies work?
Crew Progression Track rewards only include milestones the Crew reached while you were a member.
Task rewards must be claimed before the event ends. If you didn't claim one in time, it can't be added later, even if you finished the task.
What if I claimed a reward in the last seconds?
Claims made right at a deadline, such as a daily reward or the end of the event, can fail. If the app showed the reward as claimed but the item never arrived, contact Support. They can check whether it was granted.

Open the menu (the three-line icon) and tap Support Center, or go to Settings and tap Support Center. Include:
Your username
The event name and which reward is missing (ticket track tier, leaderboard rank, Crew track, task, or minigame)
Your rank or Ticket total, if it's a leaderboard reward
Screenshots of your rank or the reward screen, and roughly when you expected it
Support checks your records first. Not every report leads to a reward being added.
