Crew Gifts appear in the Gifts section of your Inbox as soon as someone in your Crew makes a purchase.

Just a reminder though: you'll need to be in a crew in order to receive crew gifts. This includes crew gifts from your own purchases! In Highrise, it's more fun with friends!
