World and Room creators can earn Earned Gold two ways: daily engagement payouts when Highrise+ subscribers spend time in your World or Room, and In-World Purchases that players make inside your World. Both pay Earned Gold that you can spend or cash out.
How do engagement payouts work?
Highrise pays out daily, based on how much time Highrise+ subscribers spend in your World or Room. To qualify on a given day:
Worlds must:
Have a rating of 50% or higher
Have at least one Highrise+ subscriber other than you spend time in it that day
Rooms must:
Be owned by you. Crew rooms don't qualify.
Have at least one Highrise+ subscriber other than you spend time in it that day
Get at least 50 unique visitors in 24 hours
Get at least 2.5 hours of total playtime from all visitors
The first time your World or Room qualifies, you get a message saying it has been monetized. After that, each day's payout arrives the next day in the Gifts tab of your inbox, titled "Engagement Payout for" followed by its name and the date. If you've set up Profit Sharing for a World in the Creator Portal, its payouts are split the way you configured them.
How do In-World Purchases work?
In-World Purchases let you sell things inside your World, such as items, access to areas, or perks, for Gold. You set them up in the Creator Portal under your World's monetization settings and connect them with the Highrise Payments API in Highrise Studio. See the In-World Purchases guide.
For each purchase, you receive the price divided by 1.1 as Earned Gold. For example, a 110 Gold purchase earns you 100 Earned Gold. You can also choose to send these earnings to your World's wallet instead.
Where can I see what my World or Room earned?
Sign in at https://create.highrise.game and open the Dashboard, then Creations. Pick your World or Room and open its analytics to see earnings, Highrise+ visitors, and other stats.
What can I do with Earned Gold?
