Earned Gold is Gold that Highrise pays to creators. It spends just like regular Gold in Highrise, and you can also cash it out for real money through the Creator Exchange once you have at least 35,000 Earned Gold and meet the other requirements.
How do I get Earned Gold?
Winning a Highrise Concept
Designing a funded Highrise Idea
Engagement payouts for your World or Room
In-World Purchases in your World
Tips sent to your bot
Sales of your assets in the Asset Catalog
Some Highrise-run competitions and creator programs
Most Earned Gold, such as Concept and Ideas rewards and engagement payouts, arrives as a gift in the Gifts tab of your inbox. Collect it there to add it to your balance.
Where can I see my Earned Gold balance?
On the Creator Exchange. Sign in at https://create.highrise.game, open the Dashboard, then Finances, then Creator Exchange. The app and highrise.game don't show Earned Gold separately from your regular Gold, so the Creator Exchange is the only place to check it.
How is Earned Gold spent?
Highrise uses your regular Gold first. Earned Gold is only used once your regular Gold runs out, and there's no alert when that happens. If you're saving Earned Gold to cash out, check your balance before big purchases. Gold spent by mistake can't be turned back into Earned Gold.
What do I need to cash out?
At least 35,000 Earned Gold. Each cash-out request must also be for at least 35,000.
You must be at least 13 years old.
A payable account with Highrise's payment partner, Tipalti, set up from the Creator Exchange page.
A W-9 tax form (US taxpayers) or W-8 (everyone else) on file through Tipalti.
An account in good standing. Suspended or banned accounts can't cash out.
You can make one cash-out request per calendar month. The current exchange rate is shown on the Creator Exchange page.
How do I cash out?
Open the Creator Exchange and finish setting up your Tipalti account.
Enter the amount you want to cash out and submit the request.
Highrise reviews the request. Processing can take up to 30 days.
You can check past and pending requests in your payment history on the Creator Exchange.
Can I cancel or change a cash-out request?
No. If you made a mistake, contact Support. To change your payment details, use the Tipalti link on the Creator Exchange page.
Still need help?
Contact Support with your username and the date and amount of your request. Never send bank details, tax ID numbers, or passwords to Support or in chat.
