The Lucky Wheel gives you a free spin each day, and that free spin resets at 12:00 UTC, not at midnight where you live. If you've already used today's spin, the wheel won't spin again until the next reset. Event daily rewards and daily tasks also have their own reset times.
How does the Lucky Wheel work?
Open the menu (the three-line icon) and tap Daily Rewards to find the Lucky Wheel.
You get a free daily spin. It resets at 12:00 UTC every day.
When an extra spin is offered, you can watch an ad to get it. The ad has to play to the end.
The prizes change over time. They can include Gold, Bubbles, Grab tokens, event items, Lucky Tokens, and sometimes a featured item.
I can't find the Lucky Wheel or daily rewards
Daily Rewards is only in the iPhone, iPad, and Android apps. The Steam, Mac App Store, and highrise.game computer versions don't have it. Guest accounts also need to register before they can spin.
Why can't I spin?
"Your Lucky Wheel spins have run out. Please try again later." You've used today's free spin, and any ad spin. Come back after 12:00 UTC.
"Lucky Wheel is currently unavailable. Please try again later." The wheel is paused for a moment. Try again later.
"Register your account to spin the Lucky Wheel." Guest accounts can't spin. Save your account with an email or a linked login, then try again.
The ad spin isn't offered or the ad won't load. Ads aren't always available on every device. See Why can't I watch an ad or see an offer for Gold?

The wheel landed on one prize but I got another. Why?
Sometimes the app shows an older version of the wheel before it refreshes. The prize the server gives you is the one that counts, and it's the one in your inventory or balance. Restart the app to load the current wheel.
How do event daily rewards work?
Many events have a daily check-in with a reward for each day you log in during the event. Some rewards need a set number of login days, and some events sell an upgrade with extra daily rewards. Claim each day's reward before the daily reset. Rewards you don't claim before the event ends are gone.
If you claimed a daily reward right before the reset and the item never arrived, contact Support. They can check whether it was granted.
My daily task asks me to visit a world I'm banned from. What now?
Bans from player-made worlds are set by that world's owners, and Support can't lift them or swap your task. You'll get new daily tasks at the next reset.
