How do Streaks work in the Inbox?

A Streak counts the days in a row that you and one other player interact in a one-on-one Inbox chat. It unlocks after 3 days in a row, and both of you need to interact every day to keep it going.

Interact with the same player on 3 days in a row, with both of you taking part each day. When the third day is done, you'll see "Streak Unlocked!" in the chat, and the Streak count appears in your conversation. Streaks only happen in one-on-one chats, not group or Crew chats.

Almost anything you send in the one-on-one chat counts, including:

Voice calls don't count toward a Streak.

Both of you need to interact every day. When your Streak is about to end, you'll get a reminder to send a quick message, along with a "Streak at Risk" notification if you have notifications on.

The chat shows that the Streak was lost. For the next 72 hours, either of you can restore it. After that, it's gone for good, and you can start a new one by interacting for 3 days in a row again.

Each player gets 2 free restores in any 30-day period. Each free restore you use becomes available again 30 days after you used it. Once you're out of free restores, restoring costs 200 Gold, and you'll see the price before you confirm. If you don't have enough Gold, the Shop opens first.

Only one of you needs to restore it, and the other player sees that you did.

Deleting the conversation or blocking the other player doesn't end the Streak by itself. It ends when a day passes without both of you interacting.

Check the chat for a "Streak ended" or lost-Streak message and whether the 72 hours to restore have passed. If you're sure you both interacted every day and the Streak still ended, contact Support through How do I contact support? with the other player's username and the date it ended. Support can look into it but can't promise to restore a Streak.
