A Crew is a team of up to 50 players who chat, hang out in Crew rooms, and compete together in events. Crewmates' Tickets add up for the Crew leaderboard, the Crew Progression Track, and Crew Wars. You can be in one Crew at a time, and joining is free.

Unlock shared Crew Progression Track rewards in events.
Compete on the Crew leaderboard and earn trophies in Crew Wars.
Get Crew Gifts when crewmates make purchases.
Share Crew rooms, Crew chat, posts, and an activity feed.
You can still play every event on your own.
How do I find a Crew?
Open the menu (the three-line icon) and tap Discover Crews to open the Crew Hub, then tap Find a Crew. The Crew Hub also shows the season's Standings. A Crew's profile shows its members, description, trophies, recent events, and how it recruits. Crews recruit in one of three ways:
Open: anyone can join right away.
Apply: you send an application and the Crew decides. The Crew's profile shows this as Apply Only.
Invite Only: you need an invitation.

Can I create my own Crew?
Yes. Creating a Crew costs 200 Gold. In the Crew Hub, tap Create. You choose a name, a short Crew tag, and an emblem, and you can add a description, a recruitment setting, and Crew Rules, then tap Create Crew. Crew names, tags, descriptions, and terms must follow the Community Guidelines.
What can each role do?
Every Crew has a Leader role, which has every permission and can disband the Crew, and a Member role. Leaders can create custom roles and give them permissions such as Kick members, Approve applications, Manage crew rooms, Post to crew feed, Moderate crew posts, and Edit crew profile. Each member has one role at a time. A Crew can't be disbanded while an event's leaderboard is open, unless the Leader is its only member.
How do Crew Gifts work?
When a crewmate buys a pack that includes a Crew Gift, the other members of the Crew each get one, which can include Gold, Bubbles, or other rewards. Crew Gifts appear in the Gifts section of your Inbox. Each one expires 24 hours after it's sent, so collect it soon. You only get Crew Gifts while you're in the Crew.
Still need help?
For problems with a Crew, contact Support through Settings > Support Center with your username, the Crew name, and what happened. Support can't settle disagreements between crewmates or move Tickets between Crews. To report harassment, use the in-app report tools: see How do I report a player or content?
