Crew Wars is a competition between Crews that runs in seasons. Each season covers a set run of weekly events, and every Crew starts it at 0 trophies and earns more by placing well in those events. When the season ends, Crews are ranked by trophies and get season rewards.
How does a Crew earn trophies?
A Crew earns trophies from its rank on an event's Crew leaderboard. A higher rank earns more trophies: the app's What are Trophies? screen lists them, from 1,000 for 1st place down to 5 for 501st and below. To earn any trophies from an event, the Crew also has to complete that event's Crew Progression Track (the app may call it the Crew Reward track). Trophies are only awarded while a Crew Wars season is running, and they aren't added afterward.
How are ties broken?
If two Crews finish a season with the same number of trophies, the Crew with more total Tickets across the season ranks higher.
Which Crew's rewards do I get if I switched Crews?
You don't need to still be in a Crew to get its rewards:
Weekly event Crew rewards come from the Crew you last played for before the leaderboard froze.
Crew Wars season rewards come from the Crew you contributed to in the most events that season. If two Crews tie, the one from your most recent event counts.

Where can I see results?
Open the menu (the three-line icon) and tap Discover Crews. The Crew Hub shows the current season's Standings, and View All Seasonal Rewards shows what each place earns. A Crew's profile shows its trophies, recent events, and Past Seasons.
Our rank on the page changed after the event. Why?
If a Crew ranked above yours disbands after an event, Crews below it move up on the page. Rewards already sent don't update by themselves. If your Crew's final rank should have earned a better reward, contact Support.
Does playing with my crewmates help?
Some events have given a Ticket bonus when crewmates play together in the same event room. It isn't part of every event.
Still need help?
Contact Support through Settings > Support Center with your username, the Crew name, the event or season, and screenshots of your Crew's rank. Crew reward tiers are set for each event and season and aren't changed on request.
