Every action in an event's game uses event energy. Energy refills slowly over time, and you can top it up with batteries. Energy belongs to the event you earned it in: whatever you haven't used expires when that event ends, but batteries stay in your inventory for later events.
How do I get more energy?
Wait. Energy refills over time while you're away. You may get a notification when it's full.
Use a battery. When you run out, the event offers to use a battery if you have one.
Earn it. Some ticket track tiers, tasks, minigames, and ads give energy.
Buy it. Event shops sell energy and batteries.
Why did my energy disappear?
Event energy expires when the event ends, including energy you won right before the end. Everyone starts the next event with the same starting amount. This is how events work, so leftover energy isn't refunded or moved to the next event.
Why were all my batteries used at once?
Holding the battery button uses your whole stack instead of one battery. Once batteries are used and the energy is added, it can't be reversed. Tap, don't hold, when you want to use one.
What does the multiplier do?
The multiplier on the action button (such as x3 or x10) spends more energy per action and multiplies the Tickets from that action. If you don't have enough energy for the multiplier you picked, lower it.
What is Rocket Fuel?
Rocket Fuel starts a Super Boost, a limited-time Ticket bonus, in events that offer it. Tapping it again right as a Super Boost ends can use an extra Rocket Fuel, so wait until the timer finishes.
What is the Energy Bank?
In events that have one, the Energy Bank stores energy as you play and pays out what has built up at the moment you buy it. It isn't a fixed amount, so check the amount shown before you pay.
Still need help?
If you paid for energy, batteries, or Rocket Fuel and didn't get it, or Rocket Fuel was used but no Super Boost started, contact Support through Settings > Support Center. Include your username, the event, the item, and the time of purchase or use.
