Event shops sell things that help you during one event, and everything bought inside an event world stays in that event. Currency stores like Doodle Mart, the Whiskerstore, the Flutterstore, and the Snugstore are different: they stay open, and each one takes its own currency.
What can I buy in an event?
Depending on the event: energy and batteries, Rocket Fuel, room boosts, mounts, tools, gear upgrades, and event items. Prices are shown in Gold, Bubbles, Lucky Tokens, or the event's own currency, so check the currency before you buy. Expensive Gold purchases in event worlds show a confirmation first, but smaller ones can go through with a single tap, so check the price before you tap.
Do event-world purchases carry over?
No. Mounts, boosts, tools, and upgrades bought inside an event world only work in that event world, even if they cost Gold. They don't move to your regular inventory or to the next event. Refunds follow the Highrise Refund Policy.
Does event currency expire?
Some event currencies have an end date. Your Wallet shows the time left, and once it passes the currency moves to Inactive and can't be spent. See What's in my Wallet, and why is a currency Inactive?
What is Doodle Mart?
Doodle Mart is the Doodle Kitchen store in Highrise. It only takes Doodle Dollarz.
Earn Doodle Dollarz by recycling eligible items from Doodle Kitchen Grabs. Not every Doodle Kitchen Grab is eligible: items from Grabs that aren't eligible give Bubbles when you recycle them, and an older Grab can become eligible if it returns.
Spend them on items you can only get at Doodle Mart.
New items arrive when new Doodle Kitchen Grabs are released.
Do the Whiskerstore, Flutterstore, and Snugstore close?
No. These stores stay open, and the tokens you spend there don't expire.
Where's the Threads Exchange?
Threads come from recycling items. See How does Recycling work in Highrise?
Still need help?
If you were charged but didn't get the item, or a price looked wrong when you bought it, contact Support through Settings > Support Center. Include your username, the store or event, the item, the price and currency, and the time of purchase.
