Tap your Gold balance at the top of the screen to open your Wallet. It shows your Gold, your Bubbles, the Gold value of your Gold Bars, and any other currencies you hold, such as event and store currencies. A currency whose end date has passed moves to the Inactive section and can't be spent anymore.
What does each line in the Wallet mean?
Gold: your Gold balance. Get More takes you to the shop. See What is Gold and how do I get it?
Bubbles: your Bubbles balance. See What are Bubbles and how do I use them?
Gold Bars: the total Gold value of the Gold Bars in your inventory. Tap it to open the Vault. See What are Gold Bars and how do they work?
Other currencies: currencies from events and stores. If one has an end date, its line shows Expires in with the time left.
What does Inactive mean?
Inactive lists currencies whose end date has passed. You still see the balance there, but you can't spend it. Event currencies are often made for one event, so spend them before the time runs out. The Expires in timer in your Wallet is the deadline to watch.
What happens to an expired currency later?
Highrise can clear expired currencies from accounts after an event. For some events, leftover balances are exchanged for Bubbles when they're cleared. Check the event's in-game announcements for what happens to leftovers, because it can differ from one event to the next.
Do Gold and Bubbles expire?
Bubbles don't expire, and your Gold balance doesn't show an end date. Only some event and store currencies have one, and the Wallet shows it.
A currency disappeared before its timer ran out
Contact Support through Settings > Support Center. Include your username, the currency name, roughly how much you had, and when you last saw it. A screenshot of your Wallet helps.
