Highrise Refund Policy

We want you to love your experience! If you’ve made a purchase and changed your mind, here is how our return process works.


The 7-Day Guarantee

We offer a "No Questions Asked" return policy for all eligible items within 7 days of purchase.

What Can I Return?

You can request a return for items that are still in their original, unused state, including:

  • Unopened Bundles: Packs or crates that have not been opened.

  • Unused Currency: Gold or premium currency that is still in your balance.

  • Inventory Items: Skins or items that have not been traded, sold, or "bound" to your character.

What Is Non-Refundable?

To keep our in-game economy fair, the following are final:

  • Random Rewards & Spins: Anything obtained from Grabs, Lucky Wheel, Blindboxes, Lootboxes, or Crew Gifts once the "spin" or "open" command is executed

  • Consumed Content: Currency you have already spent or items you have already used/traded.

  • Timed Events: Items purchased for special events once that event has ended.

  • Subscriptions: These are managed directly by Apple or Google. Please get in touch with their support teams for billing inquiries.

Technical Glitches

If a confirmed bug or crash prevented you from receiving your item, we’ve got your back! Don't hesitate to contact our support team so we can verify the logs and manually resolve the issue.


How Returns Are Processed

When you request a return, we will work with you in the following order:

  1. Item Swap: We can exchange the item for a different pack of the same value.

  2. Credit: We can convert the purchase into an equivalent amount of in-game Gold.

  3. Payment Reversal: As a final option, we can send the funds back to your original payment method.

    • Note: Store-side refunds may take several days to process and can occasionally result in temporary account verification holds.


Fair Play & Fraud Prevention

We reserve the right to deny refund requests or apply special conditions to accounts that demonstrate patterns of abuse, fraud, or behavior that harms the community and game economy. This includes, but is not limited to, frequent refunds for the same item types or "friendly fraud" (claiming unauthorized purchases after use). To protect both the player and the platform, suspicious activity may result in temporary account restrictions while a manual review is conducted.

Platform & Third-Party Refunds

While we offer a 7-day guarantee, please note that purchases made via the Apple App Store, Google Play Store, or Xsolla are subject to their respective billing terms and refund policies.

  • Platform Rules: These providers have their own criteria and timeframes for processing refunds, which may differ from our 7-day internal window.

  • Consistency of Terms: Regardless of which provider handles the refund, our Refundable vs. Non-Refundable rules (e.g., regarding consumed currency or opened Gacha) still apply.

  • Resolution: If you choose to request a refund directly through a platform provider, the transaction will be governed by their specific Terms of Service. Please be aware that forced reversals for non-refundable consumed items may result in an automatic account balance adjustment or temporary restriction.
