How do I turn on dark mode?
Go to Settings > Appearance and choose Dark mode, Light mode, or Use device settings to follow your phone or computer.
Can Highrise open straight into my Home Room?
Yes. Go to Settings > Home Spawn and turn on Spawn in Home Room. With it on, the app starts in your Home Room. With it off, the app opens to your Inbox. To pick your Home Room, open a Room's info and choose Make Home Room.
How do I hide the buttons in a Room?
Go to Settings > Accessibility and turn on Hide Room UI on Double Tap. Then double tap the Room to hide the bottom bar, chat bar, and widgets, which is handy for screenshots. Double tap again to bring them back.
How do I stop the confirmation when I open several Blind Boxes?
Go to Settings > Grabs and turn off Enable Multi-open Confirmation. Turn it back on any time if you'd like a check before multi-opens.
Highrise feels slow or my device gets hot
Settings > Performance has Graphics Quality and Render Scale. Lower settings ease the load on older devices. Clear Downloaded Content removes old files and restarts the app, and the next few loads may be slower while files download again. On tablets you'll also find Force portrait UI. Where are sound and language settings?
Sound: volume for voice in calls and Rooms, music, sound effects, and video, plus Haptic Feedback and Restore Default Values. If something is silent, see I can't hear sound effects, videos, or voice chat. How do I fix it?
