Every Snugglin starts as a Snugglin egg that you hatch. Parts and accessories then change how your Snugglin looks. Fluff is the Snugglin currency you get from recycling Snugglin items, and merging, when it's available, combines two Snugglins into one for Gold.
How do I get a Snugglin?
Get a Snugglin egg from a Snugglin Blind Box, a trade, or the Marketplace, then hatch it. Collecting parts like ears, eyes, or a body won't build a new Snugglin on its own. You need a hatched Snugglin to put them on.
How do I customize my Snugglin?
Open Edit Avatar, go to Pals, select your Snugglin, and use Edit Pal Look to equip the parts and accessories it owns. Accessories you add become part of that Snugglin for good, unless it's merged into another Snugglin. To rename it, use its free rename or a Snugglin Nametag.
What is Fluff?
Fluff is the Snugglin currency. You get it by recycling Snugglin accessories you don't want, including the ones on a Snugglin you recycle in a Snugglin World, and from the items you choose to recycle when you merge. The Snugglin itself gives no Fluff, and some Snugglin parts give none either. You spend Fluff on Snugglin items.
How does merging work?
Merging combines two Snugglins. You pick the one to keep, and the other one is used up.
The Snugglin you keep keeps its own look and everything it already had.
All traits of the other Snugglin, including its head and body, move over automatically, along with its Nametags.
You pick which of the other Snugglin's accessories to recycle for Fluff. Everything you don't pick moves over, except items the kept Snugglin already owns, which turn into Fluff. The Snugglin you use up gives no Fluff of its own.
Each merge costs Gold, and the merge screen shows the cost before you confirm.
Neither Snugglin can be equipped while you merge.
Merging isn't always on. It comes back for some Snugglin releases and events, and it happens in a Snugglin World while it's running.
After merging, the head or body doesn't swap correctly
Update to the latest version of Highrise, where heads and bodies from merged Snugglins can be equipped and replace the original ones. If it still looks wrong, report a bug with the Snugglin's name and a screenshot.
I merged by mistake. Can it be undone?
Contact Support quickly: merges can only be reversed for a short time, up to a week after merging. A merge can only be looked at if you made it on your own account and the merged Snugglin and the Fluff from that merge are still on your account. Snugglins you got in a trade can't be unmerged.
