Report bugs from the app: open Support Center and choose Bug Report. Our QA team reviews bug reports, checks whether the problem is already known, and logs confirmed bugs for the developers.
How do I send a Bug Report?
Open the menu (the three-line icon), or go to Settings.
Tap Support Center.
Choose Bug Report.
Give it a short title, describe what happened, and attach a screenshot or video if you have one.
On a computer, including the Steam version, you can also sign in at https://highrise.game/issues and tap Report an issue to open Support Center for your account.
What makes a bug report useful?
What you were doing and what went wrong, in that order.
Whether it happens every time or only sometimes.
The Room, World, event, or item involved, if any.
Your device and app version. The version is at the bottom of Settings.
Any error message or code, exactly as shown.
A recording helps, but you can still report a bug without one, and without exact steps to repeat it.
Is the bug already known?
Check the Public Issue Tracker at https://highrise.game/issues. It lists known issues with their status (not started, started, or completed). Signed in with your Highrise account, you can upvote the issues that affect you, which helps the team prioritize.
What happens after I report a bug?
Your ticket status changes as the team works on it. Bug logged for our developers means the bug was confirmed and added to the issue database. Your ticket may also show a Database ID: that's the bug's number in our issue database. Bugs that are on the Public Issue Tracker show the same number there.
A logged bug doesn't come with a fix date. Some fixes need an app update, and others are made on our side without one.
Will I get compensation for a bug?
Not automatically. If a bug cost you something, such as Gold, an item, or event progress, say so in your report with the details. The team decides case by case.
What if I found an exploit?
Don't use it or share it. See I found an exploit. What should I do?
I already reported this. What now?
Reply in your existing request instead of opening a new one. See How do I check on or follow up on a support request?
