Post feedback and feature ideas in the #highrise-feedback channel on the official Highrise Discord server at https://discord.gg/highrise. The team reads it, and other players can see and react to your idea.
How do I join the official Highrise Discord?
Open https://discord.gg/highrise, or in the app go to Settings, scroll to the bottom, and tap the Discord icon under Find us on…. The server may ask you to verify your Highrise account before you can see every channel or post.
Only trust links to the official server. Highrise staff won't ask for your password in Discord DMs.
Can I vote on ideas other players already suggested?
Yes. The Public Issue Tracker at https://highrise.game/issues includes feature requests as well as bugs. Sign in with your Highrise account to upvote the ones you want, so the team can see what matters most to players.
Can I send a suggestion to Support?
You can, but Support will point you to Discord, because that's where the team collects and reviews ideas. Use Support Center for problems with your account, purchases, or the app.
I have a design idea for an item. Where does that go?
Item designs go through Highrise Ideas, not Discord feedback. See the Highrise Ideas & Creators section of this Help Center.
Will my idea be added to the game?
There's no guarantee, and the team can't reply to every post. Popular requests are easier for the team to spot, so upvote and add details to an existing request instead of posting a new one.
Is Discord the place to report bugs or account problems?
No. Report bugs with a Bug Report in Support Center, and never post exploit steps or account details in public channels. See How do I report a bug in Highrise?
