Redeem promo codes on the Highrise website, or in the app's Settings on Android, Windows, and Mac. The iPhone, iPad, and Mac App Store versions don't have a promo code option, so use a web browser there.
How do I redeem a code on the website?
Go to https://highrise.game and log in.
Open your account menu and choose Redeem a Promo Code.
Enter the code and tap Redeem Promo Code.
This works on any device, including iPhone and iPad.
How do I redeem a code in the app?
On Android, Windows, and Mac (not the Mac App Store version), open Settings and tap Redeem a Promo Code.
Does capitalization matter?
No. Codes work in uppercase or lowercase. Check for extra spaces at the end if you pasted it, and for mixed-up characters like O and 0.
What do the error messages mean?
The app shows these messages. The website's wording can differ slightly, but the reasons are the same.
"This promo code has expired." The code's campaign has ended.
"This promo code was already redeemed by you or another account associated to this device." The code has a limit per player, and it's already been used on your account or another account linked to you or your device.
"You're not eligible to redeem this promo code." The code doesn't exist, hasn't started yet, or has run out of uses. Check the spelling.
"Too many attempts, try again later." You tried several codes in a short time. Wait a bit, then try again.
"This gift was sent to a different account." The code came in an email and only works on the account it was sent to. Sign in to that account, then open the email again.
Highrise can't reopen codes that have expired or run out.
Where are my rewards?
Rewards go straight to your account: items to your inventory and currency to your balance. Restart the app if you don't see them. Items that come in a box or container appear in My Items, where you open them. Make sure you're logged in to the same account you used on the website.
Where do I find codes?
Highrise shares codes through its official channels, such as the official Highrise account in the app, Highrise's social media, and the official Discord at https://discord.gg/highrise. Codes posted anywhere else may be fake. Never enter your password on a site that promises free codes.
