Open Support Center in the app to see your requests. Messages you started are under Messages, and requests made with a form, such as a Bug Report or an appeal, are under Tickets along with their current status. Add anything new by replying in the same request.
Where do I find my open requests?
Open the menu (the three-line icon), or go to Settings.
Tap Support Center.
Use the tabs at the bottom to switch between your messages and your tickets.
Replies from the team appear there, so you don't need to keep the app open while you wait. If you contacted Support from the Help Center website without signing in, replies and ticket updates also go to the email address you entered.
What does my ticket status mean?
Tickets show a short status. The common ones:
Request received: the team has your request but hasn't started on it.
Assigned to our support team or Our team is reviewing your request: someone is working on it.
Waiting for your reply: the team asked you something. Reply in the ticket so it can keep moving.
Bug logged for our developers: your bug report was confirmed and passed to the developers.
Resolved, Request completed, Request approved, or Request denied: the team has finished with the request.
How long will a reply take?
There's no guaranteed reply time. Support is a ticket service, not live chat, and many requests take several days to close, especially ones that need a specialist team such as Trust & Safety.
How do I add information or ask for an update?
Reply in the request you already have. Say what changed or answer the question the team asked. Keep everything about one problem in one request: duplicate requests for the same problem can be closed so only one stays open.
My request was closed. Can I reply to it?
No. Once a request is closed you can't reply to it. If the problem isn't solved, start a new request in Support Center, choose the option that matches your problem, and mention the earlier request so the team can find it.
What if my problem changes or becomes urgent?
Say so clearly in your open request, including any new problem you've run into since. If you have safety information, send it right away instead of waiting for your current request to close.
