You can buy items in the shop, pull them from Blind Boxes, earn them in events, buy them from other players on the Marketplace, trade or receive them as gifts, and exchange Threads for them in the Threads Exchange.
Where can I get items?
Shop: buy items and bundles directly with Gold or Bubbles. Offers rotate, and some are only around for a short time.
Blind Boxes (Grabs): pull for a random item from a themed set, with published odds. See What are Grabs and Blind Boxes?
Free Blind Boxes: earned from events, Crew tracks, and more. See How do I get free Blind Boxes?
Events and Crews: reward tracks and rankings give exclusive items. The Events, Crews & Rewards section explains how each works.
Marketplace: buy items other players are selling, for Gold. See How do I buy and sell on the Marketplace?

What kinds of items are there?
Clothing and accessories, furniture for your Rooms, emotes, profile backgrounds, and Pals with their own accessories. Items have a rarity, from Common up to Legendary and Mythical.
What are chests?
Some rewards arrive as chests. A Chest gives you everything inside, a Random Chest gives one random reward from its list, and a Choice Chest lets you pick one item from its list. If you're not ready to pick, tap Choose Later. Unopened chests wait in your inventory until you open them.
Why can't I trade some of my items?
How you got a copy matters. Items from free Blind Boxes, Promo Grab Tokens, and many rewards are Account Bound, and new Blind Box items are often Locked for a while.
I got an item but can't find it
Open any unopened chests, Blind Boxes, or gifts first, then see An item is missing from my inventory.
