You can buy Gold and offers in the Highrise app or on the Highrise web store at https://highrise.game/shop. Both add to the same account. The web store has its own offers and bonuses, and its payments are handled by a payment partner instead of Apple, Google Play, or Steam.
How do I buy on the web store?
Go to https://highrise.game/shop in a browser and log in with your Highrise account.
Add offers to your cart and tap Checkout.
Pay on the checkout page. Your purchase appears in your account once the payment is confirmed, which can take several minutes, and you get an email when it's processed.
Make sure you're logged in to the account you want the purchase on before you check out.
What's different about the web store?
Web-only offers: some offers, listed under Store Specials, are only sold on the web store.
Store Bonus points: every web store purchase earns points toward your next Store Bonus.
Cart Bonuses: extra rewards you receive at checkout.
Can I buy Gold in the Steam version?
Not right now. Purchases in the Steam version of Highrise are turned off, and the shop may say "Purchases are temporarily unavailable while we perform maintenance." Buy on the web store at https://highrise.game/shop instead, logged in to the same account. Purchases you already made on Steam stay on your account.
Why did Buy in the app open a web page?
When you buy a Gold pack in the app, Highrise may first offer to send you to the web store, which adds extra benefits to every purchase. Tap Or use in-app purchase to pay through Apple or Google Play instead.
In the Windows and macOS versions downloaded from highrise.game, there's no in-app payment, so the shop's Gold section always opens the web store.
Some players on iPhone, iPad, or the Mac App Store version in the US may see a web payment option in the app. Packs with this option can show Buy Direct with a price, and some include Web Bonus Gold that you only get when paying on the web. Tap Pay in-app if you'd rather pay through Apple. Only continue on a checkout page if you started the purchase yourself.
Where is my receipt?
Web store: the payment partner emails your receipt, and the checkout page shows an Invoice ID.
