Group chats let up to 300 players talk together in the Inbox. The player who creates the group is its owner, and the owner can make other members admins to help run it.
How do I create a group chat?
Open your Inbox.
Start a New Message.
Pick two or more players and tap Create.
To add people to an existing group, use Add Members in the group's details.
Invited players get the invitation in their Message Requests and join when they accept. Bots can't be added to group chats.
How do I name the group?
Admins can name or rename the group. Names must be 3 to 22 characters and follow the Community Guidelines.

How do I leave a group?
Open the group's details and choose Leave Group. If you're the last admin, promote someone else to admin first. If you're the owner and you leave, the group will no longer have an owner.
Group chats can't be deleted. Leaving is how you remove one from your Inbox.
Everyone was removed from my group
Admins can remove members. When an admin removes someone, the chat shows who removed them, so scroll back through the chat to see what happened. Only the owner can take admin rights away, so owners should promote carefully.
I can't leave a group or unpin a message
Update the app, restart it, and try again. If a group still shows after you left, or you can't unpin a message as an admin, contact Support through How do I contact support? with the group name, your role in it, and what happens when you try.
How do I report someone in a group?
Tap and hold the message and tap Report. To report the whole group conversation, tap the info icon at the top, then the "..." icon, then Report Conversation. See How do I report another player?
