GDPR and Your Privacy in Highrise

How to Request Your Data or Exercise Your Rights

If you wish to access, modify, or request the deletion of your data, follow the steps below:

  1. Contact our support team

    • Send an email to here with the subject "GDPR Data Request".

  2. Provide necessary information

    • To protect your account, we may ask you to provide verifiable details, such as your account ID, the linked email address or other.

  3. Wait for request processing

    • We process all requests within up to 30 days, as required by GDPR.

When We May Not Comply with a Request

While we strive to respect your rights under GDPR, there are certain situations where we may not be able to fully comply with a request, including:

  • Legal Obligations: If we are required to retain certain data for legal, regulatory, or compliance purposes.

  • Fraud Prevention & Security: If deleting or restricting access to your data would compromise security, fraud prevention, or the enforcement of our terms of service.

  • Technical Limitations: In some cases, it may not be technically possible to fully erase all traces of data, but we will always work to minimize retention
