What is Neopia and how do I get there?

Neopia is a special world created just for this collab. You can access it like any other world. Just search “Neopia” in the Worlds tab.

Which Neopets can I get?

You can adopt:

Each comes in base colors (yellow, red, green, blue), and can be restyled using Paint Brushes later.

Can I play on an alt?

Definitely! ✨

Will Neopia disappear after May 15?

Neopia stays, but raffles and event-specific features will end.

How do I get the free Plushie Kacheek Plushie?

Use the redemption code from the launch post on our in-app newsfeed or Discord.

How do I adopt one?

Head to the Neopian Pound in Neopia Central to purchase, or to Highrise’s Store page.

Can I change the color of my Neopet later?

Base color: ❌ locked in after purchase

Not quite! We offer a one-time courtesy correction per user for mistaken purchases.

Where does my purchased Neopet go?

Straight into your inventory like other pets (such as rabbits, Snugglins, etc)! It’s yours permanently and can follow you anywhere in Highrise like any other pet.

Does the Neopet following me in Neopia count as the same pet I purchased?

Not exactly. The Neopet you equip from your inventory is the one that appears as your companion and playable character in mini-games.

If you haven't adopted a Neopet, you'll use the free in-world companion. The free companion is not accessible from your inventory and only exists within Neopia. It cannot be permanently obtained. The only way to own a Neopet permanently is to purchase one from the Neopian Pound.

What’s the difference between the free Neopia pet and a purchased one?

Short version:

👉 free = temporary buddy, only stays in Neopia 🥹

👉 purchased = your forever pet, follows you around just like any other pet when equipped ✨

What do Paint Brushes do?

They fully restyle your Neopet into themed versions like:

When you purchase a Paint Brush Pack, you'll receive a Choice chest that allows you to pick one of the three species that it applies for. Make sure you select the correct paintbrush for the correct species!

⚠️ Important:

Paint Brushes are species-specific and can’t be transferred across other species. Kacheek brush only works on Kacheeks, Aisha brush works on Aishas, and Xweetok Brushes work on Xweetoks. When you purchase a Paint Brush pack, you will choose which species to apply it.

Where can I purchase Paint Brushes?

50 tickets per day (across all games)

Do tickets reset per week?

Nope! They carry over to another week, so your effort stacks over time! 💪

When are livestreams?

Every week during the event (Fridays, with a couple special dates that will be announced soon!)

How do I win a Neopet?

Earn raffle tickets by playing mini-games (up to 50/day). The more tickets you have, the better your chances. Winners are announced on the weekly livestreams.

Can I win more than one?

Nope. You can only win one Neopet.

Can I equip accessories on my Neopet?

Yes! Accessories can be equipped on adopted Neopets only (not the free in-world companion).
