Use the Report option in the app, right where the problem happened. Reporting the exact message, post, or profile gives the safety team the context it needs, and the player isn't told who reported them.
How do I report someone in a Room?
Tap the player's avatar to open their mini-profile.
Tap the flag icon in the upper right.
Tap Report User Profile and pick a reason. If they're using voice, you can choose Report User's Voice Activity instead.
How do I report a chat message?
Tap and hold the message in the Room chat, then tap Report Chat.
How do I report a private message or group chat?
Open the conversation in your inbox, tap and hold the message, and tap Report. To report the whole conversation, tap the info icon at the top, then the "..." icon, then Report Conversation.
How do I report a post or comment?
For a post, tap the "..." icon on the post, then tap Report. For a comment, tap and hold the comment, then tap Report.
How do I report a profile, username, or bio?
Open the player's profile and tap the "..." icon in the upper right (or, in a Room, the flag icon on their mini-profile). Tap Report User Profile and pick a reason, such as Inappropriate username, Inappropriate profile bio, Pretending to be someone, or May be under 13 years old.
How do I report a Room, World, call, or tip?
Room: open the Room's info and tap Report Room.
World: tap the flag icon at the top of the World's page.
Call: open the call options and tap Report Call.
Tip message: in a Room's Tip Jar, tap and hold the message in the recent tips and tap Report.
Which reason should I choose?
Pick the closest match: Graphic Violence, Self Injury, Bullying and harassment, Hate speech, Illegal activities, Nudity or pornography, Frauds and scams, Minor safety, or Other. Reports on text messages and conversations in your inbox don't offer Other, so pick the closest specific reason. Every report asks you to describe what happened. Write a full sentence: very short descriptions are rejected with "Please provide more details."
When should I contact Support as well?
Report in the app first, then contact Support from Settings > Support Center if the report is about:
Child safety, such as an adult asking a likely minor for photos or sexual chat.
Severe sexual content or sexual harassment.
Extreme hate speech targeting a protected group.
Someone saying they plan to hurt themselves.
Include the player's username, what happened, and where and when. Do not capture or send sexual images or anything involving a minor: describe it and say where it happened. Scams and other reports are handled through in-app reporting only.
What if someone is in danger?
