Safety Lock is a 4-digit PIN you set on your account to protect your items from unauthorized trades, gifting, or deletion. It acts as a second layer of security in case someone gains access to your account.
When Safety Lock is active:
You must enter your PIN to confirm any trade, item transfer, or Gold gift
Other users cannot move items out of your inventory without the code
It protects against scams, account takeovers, or accidental transfers
To enable or change Safety Lock:
Open Settings in the Highrise app
Tap “Account”
Choose “Set Safety Lock”
Enter and confirm a secure 4-digit PIN
You can change or remove the PIN at any time with your current code. If you forget your PIN, you’ll need to contact support to recover access.
Important: Never share your Safety Lock PIN with anyone—even people you trust.
