What should I include in my support ticket?

The more specific your request, the faster we can help.

Please include:

  • Your Highrise username

  • A clear description of the issue

  • Relevant screenshots (if applicable)

  • Device type and app version (for technical problems)

  • Transaction receipts (for billing issues)

Avoid sending multiple tickets for the same issue—this can delay your response.
