Highrise is free to play on iPhone and iPad, Android, Windows, macOS, and Steam. You can use the same account on all of them once it's registered.

Can I use my account on more than one device?
Yes. Register your account first so it isn't tied to the device you made it on, then sign in on the other device with a login method connected to your account, such as your username and password. See How do I log in to my Highrise account? and Why does Highrise say I need to register my account?
Some login options only work on certain devices. For example, Apple sign-in is for Apple devices, and phone number sign-in is for the phone and tablet apps. The sign-in article lists which methods work where.
Do my items and Gold carry over between devices?
Your avatar, items, and Gold belong to your account, so they're there on any device where you sign in to that account.
Is anything different on Steam or the computer apps?
Your account, items, and Gold are the same everywhere, but a few features depend on where you play:
Steam: buying Gold in the app is turned off for now, so use the web store at https://highrise.game/shop. The shop has no Highrise+ or Earn tab, the Lucky Wheel and daily rewards aren't in the menu, and Transaction History isn't in Settings: open https://highrise.game/account/transaction-history in a browser instead. Support Center opens in your web browser.
Mac App Store version: the Earn tab, Lucky Wheel, and daily rewards aren't available.
Windows and Mac apps from highrise.game: buying Gold opens the web store, and the Earn tab, Lucky Wheel, and daily rewards aren't available. Facebook login isn't offered in the Windows app, custom app icons aren't available, and Highrise doesn't send push notifications.
Phones and tablets: phone number login (US numbers) and Snapchat login only work here.
What else is on highrise.game?
The website has the desktop downloads, the Highrise web store at highrise.game/shop, a public issue tracker for known bugs at highrise.game/issues, and a place to sign in and manage parts of your account in a browser.
The app won't install or open. What should I do?
Make sure your device has enough free storage and that you're on the latest version from the store you installed from. If it still won't work, see How do I update Highrise, and which devices are supported? and Highrise won't load, keeps crashing, or is stuck loading. What can I do?
