What to do if my verification fails?
If your age or identity verification was rejected and you believe it was a mistake, you should contact our Player Experience team.
Open the hamburger menu in the app and tap Settings
Select Support Center
Tap Send us a message
Choose Age Verification from the options
Reach out to our Trust and Safety team and kindly ask to restart the verification process
The Trust & Safety team will restart your verification process and provide you with the new verification link
Tap on the link to start the verification flow again
Info: The verification link expires in 24 hours. If the link expires, you'll have to reach out to our support team again.
Submitting too many verification requests may result in a permanent denial of your verification request.
