If you’re locked out of your account and can’t recover it with email or password reset:
Go to the Highrise login screen and tap “Need Help?” or use the Contact Support link
Submit a support request with the following details:
Username (if known)
Linked email address or device ID
Description of the issue (e.g., lost phone, changed email)
Our team will verify your ownership and assist with recovery. In some cases, additional information may be requested to ensure account ownership.
Note: Account recoveries must be initiated in-app from the same device you previously logged in from. We are unable to recover accounts via email requests.
