To recover:
If your account was disabled or deleted, recovery may be possible if:
It was done recently (within 30 days)
You can verify ownership
Submit a recovery request via support with:
Your username or email
Date and reason for deletion if known
Note: Account recoveries must be initiated in-app from the same device you previously logged in from. We are unable to recover accounts via email requests.
To permanently delete your account:
Go to Settings > Account > Delete Account
Follow the steps to confirm
Once deleted, your data is not recoverable. Our team cannot delete your account for you, you must do it yourself via the Highrise app.
