Rooms can be removed or hidden from the Directory for several reasons, including:
Inappropriate content, names, or decorations
Misleading categories or tags that don’t match the room’s purpose
Inactivity or low engagement
Violation of community guidelines during a moderation review
If you believe your room was removed by mistake, you can contact Highrise Support with your username and the room name for a review.
