Multiple account violations (e.g., using alternate accounts to bypass sanctions or gain unfair advantages; such bans are typically non-appealable)
Minor safety violations
Age verification issues
Payment policy violations (e.g., canceling purchases after receiving items)
Enforcement & restriction circumvention (e.g., creating new accounts to bypass existing bans)
If your account is under review or suspended:
You may see a message when logging in
Temporary suspensions expire automatically
Permanent bans are issued for serious or repeated violations
Some bans, such as those for explicit content, offline trading, multiple account abuse, enforcement circumvention, and minor safety violations, are non-appealable
You may submit an appeal if you believe the action was made in error

Update your Highrise app to the latest version
Log into your account and follow the in-app instructions to verify your age.
Submit a valid government-issued ID and a selfie if required. Once verified, your account will be reinstated.
