Once a report is submitted:
The Trust & Safety team reviews it manually, often within 24–72 hours
If the user violated the guidelines, action is taken (warning, mute, suspension, ban, content removal, etc.)
If no violation is found, the report is logged with no further action
Mass reporting does not lead to automatic penalties; each report is evaluated on its own merits
False reports are investigated individually, and only verified evidence leads to action
If your account is moderated, you will receive an in-app notification
Note: Due to privacy reasons, we don’t share the outcome of moderation cases. However, repeated abuse from the same user builds a history that impacts future enforcement.
Additionally, the number of reports filed against an account is not shared with users. Users who report others will not be informed of specific actions taken against the reported account. A single warning does not necessarily mean an account is in trouble; repeated violations lead to stricter measures.
