Where can I track my open support requests?

If you submitted a request through the app:

  • Open the Settings menu

  • Tap “Help” and look for your ticket under “My Requests” or similar wording

If you used the web portal, you may receive a confirmation email with a link to your ticket.

Tickets are responded to in the order they’re received. Please avoid sending duplicates, as this may delay resolution.
