First try every login method you might have used and a password reset. If none of that works, contact Support from another Highrise account on the same device and ask for account recovery. A person checks that you own the account, and recovery isn't guaranteed.
What should I try before contacting Support?
Log in with each method you might have connected: username and password, Apple, Google, Facebook, Snapchat, or phone number. See How do I log in to my Highrise account?
Reset your password by email. See How do I reset my password?
Forgot your Safety Lock PIN? Reset it by email. See What is Safety Lock and how do I use it?
How do I ask for account recovery?
Use the device you normally play on. Log in to another Highrise account you own, or create a new one.
Open Settings, then Support Center, and ask to recover your account.
Give the exact username of the account you want back and the login method you used on it.
Support can't start a recovery from the account you're trying to recover, or from an email address alone.
What will Support ask?
Support asks questions only the real owner can answer. If the account has made purchases, you'll be asked for receipts. Answer everything in one reply if you can. If the answers don't match the account's records, recovery is declined.
How long does it take?
It depends on how complete your answers are. Open one request per account: duplicate requests are closed.
What should I never share?
Your password, Safety Lock PIN, login codes, or reset links. Support never asks for them.
What if my situation is different?
Locked message: see My account is locked.
Someone else is using your account: see I think my account was hacked.
Deleted or deactivated: see Can I restore a deleted account?
Suspended or banned: see How do I appeal a ban, mute, or warning?
